In this Interactive session, Swecha shares the insights on a company/ organization interviews and hires a Candidate. She says that the first impression on the candidate is created by the CV’s / resumes shared and the presentation of CV is very important. The CV should talk for us, reflect our personality and also what we are trying to communicate. 

Swecha explains each section of the CV, how they need to be to grab the attention of the Recruiter. Email addresses and Phone numbers mentioned in the CV should be accurate and up-to-date. Once the CV is shared and if we receive a call from the recruiting team, how should we interact and how should we answer? If it is a virtual interview, how should we present ourselves?
